The Dr Kem Healthy Lifestyle Program

- This represents incredible value for money when you consider that my colleagues in private practice charge £200 per hour! Your monthly fee covers all consultations with Dr Kem in the month. I have tried to make this affordable for the serious ones among you.
How Do You Get Started With The Dr Kem Healthy Lifestyle Program?
- Fill in and submit the application form below: please note that your acceptance in this program is subject to review of your application, for which the first month's fee is non-refundable.
- Send in your payment with the form before July 28, 2010. Applications and payments received after this date will have to go on the waiting list for the next intake, for sessions starting in October 2010.
- If you are accepted into The Dr Kem Healthy Lifestyle Program you will receive your diary. Begin keeping the diary faithfully - instructions included in the document, as well as more details of the plan eg conference call number, venues for live workout workshops (FREE for participants), webcast url and other logistic information.
- After 2 weeks of keeping your diary, your coaching sessions begin and the program kicks off in earnest.
